Meet Dr. Stephen Brand
In addition to his role at NorTech, Dr. Stephen Brand teaches marketing strategy to MBA students at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, where in 2004 he revived his doctorate.

He also received a BA from The Ohio State University and a master's degree in Interactive Technology in Education from Harvard University. He came to Northeast Ohio to be the opening President of The National Inventor Hall of Fame. Prior to coming to the Hall of Fame, Stephen was the VP of Education and Exhibits at Liberty Science Center in Jersey City, NJ and the Manager of Public Outreach at the Boston Museum of Science. As a museum start-up consultant, he has worked with dozens of start up museums and nationally expanded museum programs throughout the world.
More recently he was the Chief Imagination Officer of OneCommunity, where he worked with the public sector of NE Ohio to explore what they can do with a fiber driven broadband infrastructure for learning and operations. Stephen comes to NorTech with an extensive background in innovation from the academic, non profit, Fortune 100, and small business sectors.
Meet Nicholas A. Bartoszek
Nick Bartoszek has been a part of the Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes organization for over 16 years. During that time, he has held responsibilities of direct sales and technical service to collision centers, multi-state sales and Operations Management, A-Plus Program Management, and Product Manager – Vehicle Refinish Marketing. All assisting Collision Centers in growing sales and profits through training, process improvements and relationship building. Most recently Nick has accepted the position of Director – Global Product Management for Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes responsible for the development and marketing of all global vehicle refinish system products.
