Karen Agnich is president of AdvoCare, Inc., a managed care organization for workers compensation serving over 25,000 employers in Ohio. Since its inception in 1996, AdvoCare has grown to be recognized as a top provider of workers compensation and wellness services and is ranked in the top 10 organizations of its type in the state. Professionalism is Karen’s hallmark. With her nursing degree from Ursuline College and her MBA from Cleveland State University, Karen has been a trailblazer in wellness her entire career. Having previously held wellness management positions at United HealthCare and Parker Hannifin, she has gone above and beyond continuously and co-founded several professional associations including The Wellness Council and the Northeast Ohio Case Managers Network. In addition she has served as a volunteer or board member in the Health Action Council, the Cleveland Health Quality Choice Program, and the MCO Business Council. Karen has also served as an adjunct professor at Ursuline College.

Joe Cannelongo is Chief Executive Officer of Vocare Services Inc., a health care management firm specializing in disability management, managed care and consulting. Throughout his 30+ year career, Joe has earned a reputation nationally and in the region as a visionary and a thought-leader in disability management and the need to provide high quality, compassionate health care using innovative and consistent cost control management techniques. Highly regarded for his expertise in developing effective vocational solutions for disabled workers, Joe’s opinions on a wide variety of workers’ compensation issues have been leveraged by state and federal agencies, employers and claimants alike.

Previous to his leadership role at Vocare Services, Inc., Joe was the Director of Industrial Rehabilitation at Lakeland Healthcare Corporation and the National Manager of Upjohn Health Programs. Joe holds a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Administration from DePaul University in Chicago and a Bachelors Degree from Ohio University. Joe is also a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC).

Meet Tom Morley, President of The Lube Stop, Inc. |

Morley joined Lube Stop in January 2004. Since then, the company has experienced a 12% increase in net revenue, a 57% increase in operating profits, and reduced employee injuries by 78%. In 2007, the company increased car volume for the first time in over a decade and was one of the first companies in the industry to launch a formal sustainability program, focused on reducing the company's ecological impact and improving the communities in which it operates.

He holds a BA in American History from Hobart College and an MBA in Marketing and Corporate Strategy from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He is a member of the Corporate Sustainability Network, Entrepreneurs 4 Sustainability (E4S), serves on the IT Committee at The Cleveland Museum of Natural History, and was featured in Cleveland Crain’s Forty Under 40 in 2007.
