Northern Ohio Area Chambers of Commerce and Anthem Deepen Premium Discounts

Anthem deepens premium discount for 2-50 employee employers and extends savings to larger companies (51-500 employees in size).

The passage of Ohio Senate Bill 5 enables Northern Ohio Area Chambers of Commerce and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield to offer even greater discounts to employers seeking quality, affordable health care benefits through the Small Employer Health Care Alliance.

As a chamber member with a group between 2-50 employees, the company can save up to 4% on Anthem group health insurance through a combined premium discount and premium tax credit savings*.

For over 15 years, Northern Ohio Area Chambers of Commerce has offered a health insurance program to its members. And now, as a qualified alliance, NOACC can offer a small discount to groups over 50 employees (up to 500) as well.

We had a BLAST at out 50th Anniversary Celebration!


Over 140 people had a blast at the Chamber's 50th Anniversary celebration on May 21.

Highlights include:

  • Dr. Miles welcomed the new board members and recognized many past chamber presidents in attendance.
  • Fran Riemer introduced Marty Lax, the founding member of the Warrensville Heights Chamber, who spoke to the crowd.
  • Hal Becker and Marvin Montgomery, The Sales Guys, entertained and enlightened all with great sales tips.
  • Terry Macklin provided fabulous dancing music as well as acting as our emcee for the evening.
  • 14 guests won fantastic prizes at our Chinese Raffle!
